The dedicated desk in the open space is the most flexible workspace offer on the market. You will have access to your own desk, to the conference rooms and to more than 3000 square feet of common areas such as the lounge, the kitchen and the rooftop. Do note that this desk can be used by different members of your team at different times during the week.

Multifonctional room
The big multifunctional room has a size of roughly 600 square feet. It can contain up to 20 seated in a meeting room setup, up to 40 seated in a theater setup and up to 60 standing in a cocktail setup.
INCLUSIONS
Because each event, reunion or business launch is unique, our prices vary depending on the lenght, capacity and options that you are picking.
The setting up of the room is flexible depending on your needs. We have all the material on site in order to accomodate such as tables, chairs, a sound system and a microphone. There is also a possibility to project some content in the room through our giant screen. We can also coordinate all your needs in food and / or beverages.

Access package - on a yearly basis
Access one of Halte 24-7 workspaces, when you need it and on a yearly basis. With this membership, you will be given 25 credits to be used like you wish, selecting between hours of conference rooms and / or individual workdays (in the hotspot section, the lounge or the rooftop).
You will have a full year, once joining to use your credits. Once your bank of 25 credits has been used, benefit from a member price when you book a conference room or a day of work.
INCLUSIONS

You will receive four times a year the member's list updated. You can list your business or expertise in the member's list and you will be invited to join the facebook group of Halte 24-7 members where you will be welcomed to present yourself and your professionnel offers.
Participate to our exclusive members events :
You will have the chance to select two events annually and these events will be free. For all the other events organized at Halte, you will receive the promotionnal codes permitting you to pay the reduce price when coming to these events such as networking, happy hours, conferences and more.
Do note that you can use your units of work days or your hours of conference rooms in one of Halte 24-7 locations, wether in Montreal or in Longueuil.
