Spotlight on our members: manigance numérique

We’re thrilled to present a new edition of our series highlighting our members, their projects, and their unique journeys at La Halte. This week, we’re spotlighting manigance numérique, a young digital marketing firm with a friendly, dynamic, and rapidly growing team!

Can you briefly introduce manigance numérique and explain what your business, mission, and/or services entail?

Specializing in paid advertising, analytics, and web strategy, our team works both on online platforms and with our partners’ teams to ensure that every dollar invested is well-considered, measurable, and, above all, profitable. Our mission is to provide our partners with external expertise while involving an in-house specialist. We strive to foster transparency and break away from traditional agency-client dynamics.

Why did you choose a coworking space over another type of office?

For us, coworking was synonymous with life and warmth. We tested no fewer than seven coworking spaces before selecting yours, which aligned with our vision. Let’s be honest: for a new company like ours, a dedicated office wasn’t financially feasible.

Tell us a little about your role, your background, and what motivated you to start your business.

What we do for our partners depends entirely on their needs, but generally speaking, we provide services in digital advertising (particularly Google and Meta Ads), data analysis for both sales and web metrics, and consulting on issues related to their company’s online visibility.

It came naturally as our expertise and support were appreciated, highlighted, and recommended. We’ve always asked ourselves, “What’s the best solution for the client?” rather than “What’s the best solution for the agency?”—an approach that goes against the grain of our industry, which our clients appreciate.

manigance numérique was born out of a pressing need among Quebec small businesses: to regain control over digital advertising. We act as a “decoder of the black box”, putting decision-making power back in the hands of business owners. 

Can you share details about some projects your team is currently working on?

We’re fortunate to work with partners from a variety of industries, and our collaborations are typically on an annual, renewable basis. We do fewer one-off projects. That said, we work with Café Barista, Jimmy Sévigny, and Evive Nutrition on a daily basis, and with other clients like CLG Construction, Fondation Autiste & Majeur, Chaletô, and La Tête Chercheuse depending on seasonal peaks and their respective needs. 

What are your aspirations and plans for the coming years?

Our ambition is to take the team and our services to the next level. We’d like to offer our clients more and more services tailored to their needs as our process evolves alongside our practice. Within two or three years, if our team grows to about 5–10 employees, we’ll consider our goals achieved.

 

A membership plan tailored to their needs

manigance numérique joined Halte 24-7 in October 2025. Co-founders Gabriel and Mathieu began their journey at La Halte with two dedicated desks in a shared space and are gradually expanding their team by adding new workspaces. This arrangement allows them flexibility as they grow, while also providing them access to our conference rooms for their meetings.
